The Neil Hellman Library houses a selection of Course Reserves behind our Circulation Desk. These are items that faculty designate as high use (often course textbooks or supplemental materials), and as such, place on hold in an area where a large number of students can access them often.
The majority of our Course Reserves can be used for 2 hours at a time in within the library only, but several can be used for longer periods, and some can be taken out of the library as well. All of this information can be found at the Circulation Desk.
To check out a Course Reserve item, it is best to come prepared with your professor’s last name and the title of the item you are looking for. It can be helpful to know the course number (ex: PSY 110) as well.
Any questions about Course Reserves can be directed to the Circulation Team at circdesk@strose.edu or at (518) 454.5183.
