COLLEGE PRINTING POLICY
Students are given 225 free prints each semester with additional prints charged at seven cents per page.
Please note: This pertains to printing, NOT photocopying.
To review your printing activity, go to the ITS helpdesk page.
HOW TO PRINT
If you have free prints available:
1. Click on File, then Print (for pdf documents, use the printer icon on the Adobe task bar)
2. Choose "Printer A" or "Printer B"
If you do not have free prints available:
1. Click on File, then Print (for pdf documents, use the printer icon on the Adobe task bar)
2. Choose "ReleaseStationNHLibLab"
3. Go to the release station, sign in, place your Saint Rose ID card in the card reader, choose the print job, and
click print.
HOW TO ADD MONEY TO YOUR STUDENT I.D. CARD
If you need to add money to your student ID:
1. Go to any photocopier
2. Put your student ID in the ID/money tower
3. Put money (bills and/or coins) into the tower
4. You will see your updated balance
5. Press the "complete" button to remove your card
