Printing & Copying Services
The College has contracted with Usherwood Inc. to provide printing and copying services across campus. Most problems associated with this equipment will be serviced by Usherwood; other problems fall within the responsibility of the ITS Department or the College's ID Office. If you have any questions about who to report a problem to, start with Usherwood's Document Center (x4820).
Reporting Problems When the Document Center is Closed
For afterhours print issues, please email all issues to CSR-Request@usherwood.com and copy Mark Weigelt in the email (email@example.com). In the subject line please give a quick description of the issue. In the body, please give as much detail to the issue as you can (copier\area effected). Mark will be monitoring the calls & emails.
Subject: NH Library 5051 printers down; or Printer A down
Body of email: Include what the screen says after the student swipes – the error message helps a great deal to determine what the problem is. Include the Usherwood tag number (Printer B D10452, Printer A D10573 – new replacement) as well.
The Usherwood team is aware of your extended hours due to final exams and will respond to the email should there be any additional issues. Please let me know if you have any questions.
