Off-Campus Access

It is possible to access all the databases to which the College of Saint Rose Libraries subscribes from off-campus. From the library homepage, simply go to the alphabetical or subject listing of databases and click on the database you wish to use. You will be directed to a page asking for a username and password. Use the same username and password that you use to logon to your College of Saint Rose email, network services or Blackboard account.

HOW TO LOG IN
Simply type in your username and password in the appropriate boxes and click on the "Sign in" button. You will then be directed to the database you chose. After you have logged in once, you can return to the library page and go to other databases without having to log in again.

STUDENT USERNAME/PASSWORD
For students, username is your last name, first initial and last three digits of your student ID. The first time you log in, your password is the six digits of your birthdate in mmddyy format. If you have changed your password for Blackboard, Canvas or your student email the the password will be the same as those logins.
Example: Bob White ID# xxxxxx123. Birthdate of January 1, 1987
Username: whiteb123
Password: 010187

FACULTY USERNAME/PASSWORD
For faculty and staff use the same username and password as you would for your email.
